I appreciated the stay here. I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was luxurious, with great and favourable location near to the main sights, pedestrian zone and the city center, close to the pedestrian mall. The great breakfast had variety of meals and the food I tasted was APPETISING.

This hotel is a real gem in the heart of the city. The rooms are tastefully decorated with attention to detail and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is delicious and varied, catering to different dietary needs.

Staying in this hotel was a great decision for us, as we found ourselves in the heart of the city. the location is perfect, being in the old part of the city, we were within walking distance of all the main places of interest, but at the same time, we enjoyed a peaceful environment. Our room was impeccable, the bathroom clean and modern. the staff provided excellent service, always ready to help us with recommendations and various facilities. Despite some negative reviews, we found the breakfast buffet to be satisfying with a range of dishes on offer.

Some aspects fell short of our expectations, as we had windows facing the corridor, providing no view.

Great breakfast and nice design. the hotel gives a complementary juice and pastry to guests when checking in. the location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to all the important locations. I appreciated having access to a gym.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly, which made the room quite stuffy. the staff was not very good at speaking English, which created some difficulties for me as an English-speaking guest.

Had an enjoyable Thanksgiving stay in a hotel that had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was decent and functional, and the location was perfect for a stroll down the main pedestrian street. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities such as towels and slippers, plus a comfortable robe. The best part was the size of the double beds, which were huge and allowed me to sink in and have a good night's sleep.

Communication was a significant issue as most of the staff only spoke Ukrainian. This led to difficulties with arranging a taxi to the train station, which did not arrive, and I ended up with a random driver driving me at high speed.

Transportation was easy to arrange thanks to the assistance of the hotel's receptionist who spoke good English. This made exploring this city and other nearby towns easy. the hotel is located close to the pedestrian area, great to enjoy some lovely walks in the area.

The hotel had a solid quality and was close to the center. The room was new and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the helpful staff, especially when they called a normal priced taxi for me. The hotel was also spotlessly clean and had a nice interior.
